What to include

Please include your device, OS, browser, app version, steps to reproduce the issue and any error shown. You do not need to send photos, purchase tokens, authentication codes, passwords or private keys.

Installing the Web edition

After release, supported browsers will let you add the Web edition to your home screen or desktop. It is currently in development, with further device checks remaining.

If Web access expires

In Settings → Web access, verify using the Google account linked to your Android purchase. Viewing and exporting existing data remain available even if verification fails. Preserve your originals before trying to resolve an issue by deleting data.

If sync or restore fails

Check your Google account, Drive storage, network and whether sync is on. Keep originals that have not yet uploaded on your device. A queued History restore preserves current changes before it is applied when the page becomes hidden.
